Malcolm Croskery is a Civil Engineer with 24 years experience in the construction industry. Having begun his career as a summer student at 18, Malcolm has performed almost every position from Flag Person to Chief Operating Officer including Regional Manager, General Superintendent and Chief Estimator.

Over the past 24 years, Malcolm’s expertise has been estimating, project supervision and management in road construction, municipal servicing, and mining.

As the Chief Operating Officer of Pioneer Construction and Fisher Wavy, Malcolm oversees the day to day operations as well as the growth of the company’s operations.

As a past president of the Ontario Stone Sand and Gravel Association, Malcolm is passionate about advocating for the industry. Malcolm enjoys spending time in the outdoors and is an avid skier, cyclist, and recreational fisherman.  He especially enjoys spending time with his wife Alicia and their two young daughters.
